*Located at various apartment complexes throughout Birmingham. 64 men are provided with supportive services needed to maintain stable residential housing.
*Allows for staff and agency intervention to prevent recurrence of homeless episodes.
*Guests meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (depends on the progress they are making within the program) with Case Manager to accomplish life goals and reset life plans.
*Men receive career readiness, employment, educational, life skills and substance abuse counseling daily.
*Guests sign a month-to-month lease and are required to pay 30% of their gross adjusted income in order to continue participation in the program.
